The Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Workflows is a senior, delivery-focused product manager on the Intelligent Platform & AI team, leading the projects that bring AI capabilities into Veriforce's contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance experiences. Working within the team's AI strategy, this role owns the workflow experiences where AI translates into faster qualification of safe contractors, earlier identification of risk, and better safety decisions for customers. This role works directly with customers and internal cross-functional stakeholders to make the platform smarter, faster, and more valuable across all user types and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Intelligent Workflow Delivery
• Own the delivery of AI-enabled workflow experiences across contractor onboarding,
credentialing, and operator compliance
• Translate the team's AI product strategy into scoped, sequenced workflow projects with
clear milestones and outcomes
• Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-grade experiences
that are explainable, reliable, and measurably better than the flows they replace
• Define and own outcome metrics for each project: cycle time, error reduction,
automation rate, adoption, and safety impact
Contractor Onboarding & Credentialing
• Lead the delivery of intelligent onboarding experiences including smart document
review, credential validation, qualification gap identification, and guided remediation
• Reduce time-to-qualify so safe contractors reach the field faster and operators carry less
manual review effort
• Support global scale, multi-region compliance requirements, and diverse contractor
types
Operator Risk & Compliance Management
• Lead workflow projects for operator-side risk visibility, contractor oversight, and audit
readiness
• Bring ML-driven risk scoring, anomaly detection, and proactive alerts into operator
workflows to shift users from reactive to proactive risk management
• Turn compliance and credential data into clear, trusted insights that drive better safety
decisions
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
• Apply the AI product frameworks, best practices, and guardrails established by the
Principal PM for AI Products
• Surface in-market signal, customer feedback, and project learnings that strengthen the
AI product roadmap
• Partner with the Platform Data PM on the data inputs and quality requirements that
make AI-enabled experiences possible
• Lead change management and adoption, working directly with customers and across
internal cross-functional stakeholders
Key Outcomes (First 12 to 18 Months)
• Delivered 2 to 3 AI-enabled workflow improvements in contractor onboarding or operator
compliance, with measurable reductions in cycle time, manual effort, or risk exposure
• Demonstrated customer outcome gains: faster contractor qualification, higher credential
accuracy, and improved compliance administrator efficiency
• A clear project roadmap that translates the AI product strategy into delivered workflow
value
• Effective delivery partnership with the Principal PM for AI Products, with in-market signal
flowing back to inform the AI roadmap

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 7 to 9 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven delivery of
complex customer-facing experiences that incorporate AI, ML, or automation capabilities
• Strong project leadership and delivery skills, with the ability to translate strategy into
shipped outcomes
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to map complex multi-party processes and
identify where intelligence adds the most value
• Experience in regulated, compliance, credentialing, or supply chain domains strongly
preferred
• Comfort operating in a matrixed product environment, executing against team strategy
while applying the operational guidance of a principal-level AI subject matter expert
• Deep customer empathy and discovery skills, with a working understanding of
contractor, operator, and compliance administrator needs
• Experience in PE-backed or scale-stage SaaS environments preferred
