About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record successfully leading and shipping application software to drive the development of Stability AI’s application suite for large-scale businesses. You’ll bridge the gap between enterprise requirements (for example, security, identity, compliance) and AI innovation, ensuring our products meet the rigorous demands of global organizations. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing to define, prioritize and deliver product features, roadmaps, and metrics. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully launching enterprise products in a fast-paced environment, and will have excellent communication skills.

You must be detail-oriented, have a strong passion for and understanding of generative AI, and excellent people skills. You must have played a key role in intimately understanding customer needs, identifying and strategically focusing the teams on the most impactful features, and keeping projects moving along smoothly.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the product development process from conception to launch for enterprise, including defining product specifications, conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that features and products are delivered fast and with a high quality
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and team schedules
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release timelines. Prioritize feature development based on customer needs, business impact, and resource constraints

Qualifications: 

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on B2B enterprise customers, websites and applications (including some using Machine Learning) from conception to successful launch
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and project management tools, with a strong focus on rapid application development 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals
  • Passion for technology and innovation (especially Generative AI), with the keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities in the market
