Job Summary

Responsible for managing the pricing, packaging and documenting new products ideas and conducts user need analyses for ancillary products so that subscriber and financial objectives are achieved. Conducts the budgeting, planning, analysis and monitoring required to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned products. Manages ongoing product management of new and existing products. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Represents the needs of internal and external customers, driving product improvements and innovations.
  • Platform Development: Collaborates with Product owner and tech lead to build and maintain scalable product features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with various teams to develop product roadmap and develop/launch new products and services.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions.
  • Sets new product strategy, evaluates and adopts new product technologies
  • Maintains the overall policies and goals for a product management department, follows standard operational frameworks for products.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to asses client and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
  • Oversees development of assigned new products and services and ensures customer's needs are met. Provides product support and documentation and develops product materials.
  • Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering products powered by Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs),
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B testing strategies within products, leveraging data-driven insights to significantly impact product outcomes.
  • Experience in platform features and APIs, demonstrating strong technical acumen in creating scalable, high-performance solutions that meet the dynamic needs of users and developers.
  • 2-4 years of Product Management or relevant experience
