We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in UX/UI, visual design, and user research to create intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and user-centered digital experiences. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders and users, you will influence product strategy and design direction through critical thinking and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at balancing user needs with business objectives, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional, polished products.
- Take full ownership of the product design lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration—ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs to effectively communicate concepts and ideas.
- Act as a strategic peer to product managers and engineering leads, jointly driving product vision, shaping roadmaps, and defining priorities based on user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and user interviews to inform and validate design decisions.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and work with product managers to recommend new feature or usability improvements
- Clearly articulate and present design concepts, rationales, and user-experience insights to cross-functional teams.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, testing data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure design consistency across products.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusivity throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze user data and metrics to measure design impact and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively bringing new ideas and insights into the team.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions and strong visual design capabilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Experience designing products across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive design).
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration.
- Background or familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG standards).
