πŸ€™πŸΌ About gaiia

At gaiia, we're building the leading platform for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) that truly care about their customers. Our core product is an operating system (OS) for telcos that manages billing, operations, automation and everything in between.

We're passionate about taking care of our people, and it's not just lip service. We want you to focus on your job while we care for everything else. We offer competitive pay and benefits, flexible vacations, attractive stock options, unparalleled transparency, and a 100% remote environment. We're excited to have you join us for your next career adventure!

πŸŽͺ Role & Team
  • As Senior Product & Customer Marketing Manager, you will own how gaiia tells its story: to the market, to prospects, and to the customers we already have. Your primary goal is to create content and programs that drive pipeline by making gaiia visible, credible, and compelling to the buyers we want to win.
  • You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate what we build into content that resonates and converts. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable developing a content strategy and shipping a case study themselves, because you'll be doing both. You will report directly to our Head of Growth.
πŸ’» What you're going to do

Content Creation

  • Own gaiia's content engine: thought leadership articles, buyer guides, industry reports, blog posts, and other content that earns attention and generates leads.
  • Produce customer case studies and success stories that demonstrate real-world ROI and support the sales process.
  • Plan and host webinars, virtual events, and online panels that build brand credibility and create pipeline.

Product Marketing

  • Write and publish customer announcements, product update newsletters, and release communications that keep the market informed and engaged.
  • Own gaiia's core positioning, messaging, and ICP definition. Make sure every surface (website, decks, sales materials) tells a consistent, compelling story.
  • Drive go-to-market for new features and product launches: sequencing, messaging, internal enablement, and external communication.
  • Partner with Product on roadmap communication and ensure customer-facing messaging is always accurate and timely.

Content Distribution & PR

  • Develop content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize reach and pipeline impact.
  • Own gaiia's PR function: manage media relationships, draft press releases, secure coverage in trade and industry publications, and respond to inbound press requests.
  • Identify and pursue speaking opportunities, award submissions, and analyst relationships that raise gaiia's profile.

Sales Enablement

  • Create content Sales actually uses: one-pagers, pitch decks, persona guides, ROI frameworks, and talk tracks.
  • Run onboarding for new Sales hires on messaging, positioning, and competitive landscape.
βœ… Must-haves
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with meaningful time in product marketing and content or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives pipeline: case studies, guides, webinars, thought leadership, or similar programs.
  • Experience managing PR, either directly or through an agency.
  • Experience at a company that scaled from early-stage to growth. You know what it looks like to build marketing programs from scratch.
  • Strong writer and storyteller who can translate complex, technical products into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on without a large team behind you.
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
πŸ”† Benefits
  • Flexible 25-days of vacation.
  • Stock Options Plan.
  • Group Insurance.
  • Telemedicine.
  • Life Spending Account.
  • GRSP.
  • Flexible working hours & all-remote work.

We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity. Our workplace is fully remote and boasts accessible technologies, ensuring all team members can thrive. Should you require accommodations due to a disability during the application process, please contact us at [email protected] as per the Accessible Canada Act and human rights legislation. We're here to support you every step of the way. #LI-DNI

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent β€” not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
