What You’ll Do: 

  • Contract Management:
    • Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of complex procurement contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives, legal standards, and risk management strategies
  • Strategic Procurement Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spending.
    • Manage risk and compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and standards.
  • System Implementation:  
    • Assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement software systems and integration with existing ERP systems.
    • Oversee the selection, customization, testing, and deployment process.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to agreements.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring efficient and timely operations.
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor procurement performance and identify improvement areas.
    • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of procurement records.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage the procurement budget.
    • Analyze financial data to ensure procurement activities align with cost-saving objectives.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on procurement performance and expenditures.
    • Work with the Director of Revenue Accounting to ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition accounting standards.

What We Need: 

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.  MBA or equivalent is preferred.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of procurement experience
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
    • Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient with procurement software and tools (Sudozi, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc)
    • Proficient with Contract Management tools (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM) 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
    • Knowledge of sourcing practices and supplier management principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Other Attributes:
    • High degree of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
    • Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.


The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:

$110,000$148,000 USD
