The Sr. Partner Manager, AMER Solution Partners (CDW/Insight/SHI) collaborates effectively both internally and externally to develop and drive a high-impact joint business practices with leading enterprise national partners that accelerate Atlassian customer success and business objectives.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $193,500 - $258,000
Zone B: $174,200 - $232,200
Zone C: $160,600 - $214,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Strategic Advisory: Act as a business advisor and strategic partner to C-level executives at partner organizations, influencing decisions, processes, and investments that lead to joint business growth.
- Partner Solution Development: With an understanding of Partners' business models, support and guide partners on their Atlassian solution development and capabilities.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with partners on top of the funnel marketing activities, trade show attendance, and partner solution promotion to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Business Alignment: Align business efforts with Atlassian's Enterprise Account Teams through a scaled pipeline review approach
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate on joint partner business plans with managed partners with a focus on practice building, partner pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
- Sales Guidance: Guide and collaborate with partners to develop and broaden their sales teams' understanding of Atlassian's value proposition and how to position and sell Atlassian products.
- 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS channel and alliances
- 5 years of experience in management and development of solution partnerships (CDW/SHI/Insight)
- Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling and partner business case development
- Passionate team player, obsessed with learning new things and strong communication skills
- This role requires 30-40% travel
