Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Sr. Paid Media Manager with expertise in ecommerce search and shopping campaigns to join our fast-growing and fully remote digital marketing agency, based in San Diego. This position is fully remote and is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated Google and Microsoft (Bing) Ads excellence to apply and grow their skills on innovative paid media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients. The Sr. Paid Media Manager - Ecommerce will be directly responsible for managing client digital advertising accounts and strategy, monitoring cross-platform advertising performance, and reporting to clients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media (search eCommerce focused) advertising strategy and execution for five to seven clients
  • Lead client communication through email, phone, and video
  • Coordinate with internal Omnichannel, Paid Social, Creative, Reporting, Analytics, SEO, Earned Social and Web Development teams

 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience managing digital advertising campaigns (at least 3 years Shopping Ads)
  • Hands on experience in managing $100k+ monthly client campaign budgets
  • Shopping Ads & Feed Management + Optimization expertise
  • Proven success with shopping ads and eCommerce accounts
  • Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude 
  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Productsup - data feed management tool
  • Unbounce - landing page builder & platform
  • Display & Video Ads Experience: Youtube, Google Display, Programmatic
  • Google Tag Manager 
  • Paid Social experience
  • Search Ads 360, Optmyzr and Data Studio experience
  • Intermediate Google Tag Manager skills
  • CRM, shopping cart platform and website builder experience
  • Conversion tracking and call tracking implementation experience
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills
