Translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows, rapidly prototype solutions, optimize manual processes, and support production integrations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders while applying MCP concepts, orchestration platforms, and cloud-native architectures.

- Build workflow automations integrating platforms such as Workday, Slack, email, HR, finance, legal, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop API-driven integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols.
- Build AI agents using enterprise orchestration platforms as well as cloud-native architectures when appropriate.
- Design scalable agent architectures using MCP concepts and modern AI integration patterns.
- Analyze existing business processes and translate them into efficient technical workflows.
- Prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions rapidly with short delivery cycles.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Optimize workflows by simplifying manual processes and eliminating unnecessary complexity.
- Support automation initiatives across multiple business functions including HR, Legal, Finance, and Internal IT.
- Debug, enhance, and maintain production AI workflows and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering or enterprise integration experience.
- Strong experience building API integrations and web-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent business automation solutions.
- Familiarity with MCP architecture, AI tools, and agent frameworks.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to rapidly design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions.
