Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Network Analyst to join our Global Operations team. This highly visible role is responsible for leading global network modeling, landed cost analytics, and strategic design of our supply chain footprint. The ideal candidate will blend deep analytical expertise with supply chain acumen to influence decisions across manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and fulfillment.
This role will focus on building scalable tools, guiding strategic make vs. buy decisions, partnering cross-functionally to evaluate capital investments, and shaping our long-term global operations strategy.
Network Strategy & Supply Chain Optimization
- Lead global network modeling and landed cost analytics to optimize footprint and total cost-to-serve
- Build and scale in-house scenario modeling tools to enable proactive strategy development
- Drive Make vs. Buy evaluations and DC optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Finance (Make/Deliver) on capex and cost modeling
- Align with Sourcing on regional strategy, supplier risk, and footprint design
- Lead network design projects, capacity planning, and multi-echelon inventory optimization to align supply chain strategies with business goals
- Shape the strategic roadmap for global fulfillment and manufacturing operations
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Design and implement scalable analytics solutions using Excel, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Azure-Databricks, Alteryx, Dataiku).
- Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and conduct in-depth analyses using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to drive data-driven decisions.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and reports providing actionable insights into key supply chain metrics and operational trends.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Advanced Analytics Integration:
- Leverage Machine Learning, AI, and statistical analysis to support decision-making across Plan, Make, Source, and Deliver functions.
- Build predictive models for demand forecasting and supply planning.
Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and guide analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Promote best practices and align teams on industry standards and innovative methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by developing and presenting data-driven business cases focused on reducing supply chain costs and improving efficiency.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating innovative technologies and enhancing data infrastructure to support global operations.
- Identify areas for operational improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean supply chain principles.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and develop consumer-centric supply chain solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT and key departments to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align strategies, resolve issues, and ensure transparency.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership teams to provide updates on project status, methodologies, and outcomes.
Travel:
- Occasional domestic travel may be required (up to 10%).

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Analytics
- 5–7+ years experience in [strategic supply chain design, network modeling, and analytics]
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL; familiarity with Python, R, or Alteryx preferred
- Strong business acumen across [Make, Source, Deliver] supply chain functions
- Experience influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders with data
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning systems
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on leadership of global network design and landed cost models
- Strategic sourcing alignment and footprint risk evaluation
- Strong communicator with ability to drive alignment and long-term value creation
- Familiarity with planning system logic, statistical forecasting, and digital enablement initiatives
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
