About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and supporting our marketing technology platforms, ensuring our marketing teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, providing training, sharing best practices, and continuously exploring new advancements in the martech landscape, with a strong emphasis on embracing AI and innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain our core marketing technology platforms, including RainFocus, Vidyard, Bright Talk, Integrate, Zoom Webinars, Zuddl, and other essential tools.

  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our martech stack, ensuring seamless operation for marketing teams.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources for marketers on the effective use of marketing technology platforms.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and optimizing workflows to maximize the value of our martech investments.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the marketing technology landscape, particularly in the realm of AI.

  • Proactively identify and recommend new martech solutions and features that can enhance our marketing capabilities and efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of marketing technologies.

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of martech processes, policies, and governance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role.

  • Proven expertise in managing and administering various marketing technology platforms (e.g., webinar platforms, event management tools, integration platforms, CRM, marketing automation).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective training and support.

  • A strong passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning about emerging martech trends, especially AI.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with specific platforms such as Zoom Webinars, Zuddl, and Integrate.

  • Familiarity with data integration principles and API concepts.

  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment.

  • A track record of successfully implementing new marketing technologies or processes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
