Target Range:

$70,500.00/Yr. - $77,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Segment Marketing Specialist to accelerate lead generation and brand awareness initiatives that drive revenue growth for our B2B Securities business. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business and marketing goals, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns and effective performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Project Management:
    Manage marketing programs and projects in Workfront, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and clear communication with business partners
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal stakeholders and shared services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Content & Creative Oversight:
    Develop content and review marketing deliverables for brand consistency, messaging accuracy, audience relevance, and compliance
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and compelling reports
  • Lead Generation & Nurture Programs:
    Develop and manage initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the funnel
  • Market & Client Insights:
    Analyze industry trends and client behavior to inform strategy and optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Channel Coordination:
    Oversee messaging and execution across paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other channels
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve speed to market, and enhance marketing quality
  • Segment Advocacy:
    Serve as a champion for the Clearing business within Marketing and vice versa, ensuring alignment and mutual support
  • Special Projects:
    Lead or support ad hoc marketing initiatives and business needs as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (client-side or agency), preferably within broker-dealer, RIA, custodian, or clearing firm environments, leading initiatives, managing against a budget, and influencing business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills; Workfront experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proficient copywriting skills and familiarity with AI tools for content support
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Interaction Studio)
  • Proven success in account-based marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
