We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Marketing Specialist to support our B2B growth marketing initiatives and manage content across our B2B website and social channels. This role will assist with managing the creation of campaign marketing assets and web content to drive new B2B customer relationships. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to review creative for multiple media platforms, contribute to copywriting, and oversee campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, engaging, and delivered on schedule.

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to review creative for multiple media platforms, contribute to copywriting, and oversee campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, engaging, and delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing B2B growth marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist with managing the creation of marketing deliverables, including coordinating with creative services, media, product, and legal teams.
- Review and proof creative assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Serve as a liaison with external creative agencies to provide direction, manage expectations, and track progress.
- Oversee content updates for the B2B website, including assisting with writing and editing website copy and providing creative direction.
- Provide direction and manage content for B2B social channels and blog to ensure consistency and engagement
- Assist on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably B2B experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with workflow/project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Must be able to follow through on assignments with a sense of accountability
- Experience in telecommunications is a big plus!
