Job Summary:
Nextech is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who will optimize and enhance our systems, data, and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. We help the sales, marketing, and support teams track and deliver against operating goals, design and implement key cross-functional initiatives, perform root cause analysis to diagnose challenges, and build / maintain the core GTM systems these teams use to collaborate and succeed every day.
In partnership with Demand Generation and Product Marketing, this role helps bring campaigns to life across online and offline channels, with the underlying technology, processes, and data to deliver and measure qualified leads and pipeline. This role will build dynamic and automated marketing programs to drive efficiency and scalability while having a significant impact on overall company growth and revenue.

Essential Functions
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the marketing operations tech stack, supporting the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing operations scalability
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creatives Services, and Sales to launch successful campaigns and product launch communications across the entire prospect-to-customer journey
- Ensure our marketing database is accurate and properly segmented, maintain data hygiene and governance, and support database growth
- Drive attribution strategy, tracking, testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis through KPIs, real-time dashboards, and key levers that will inform new strategies to continually improve campaign performance
- Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to maintain and optimize our lead lifecycle and scoring processes to increase qualified lead flow
- Optimize marketing automation and workflows to ensure seamless data flow from HubSpot to Salesforce and across other systems and platforms
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience in HubSpot, including workflows, system administration, and system integrations
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms
- Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
- Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically about complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration, and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines

- HubSpot certification
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote work
- Long-distance or air travel as needed but not to exceed 10%
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
