Position Overview
We're searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle and customer experience marketing for our EZLynx team, owning campaigns from deal close through onboarding, adoption, support, and upsell to drive adoption of our EZLynx Rater and Agency Management System (AMS) . This role manages high-impact initiatives end to end, using data-driven and journey insights to improve engagement and growth while partnering closely with product, onboarding, support, sales, and partnerships. If you aren't afraid to take risks, optimize results, and find innovative ways to engage our target segments, then this might be the role for you. You'll join a small, fast-moving team with startup energy and Applied Systems' backing, focused on making EZLynx the AMS of choice for every Main Street agent in America. What You'll Do
  • Lifecycle Marketing Leadership - Own lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion for EZLynx Rater and AMS.
  • Onboarding & Activation - Partner with onboarding to accelerate time-to-value, drive activation, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention - Build nurture, education, and engagement programs to increase usage and reduce churn.
  • Expansion & Upsell Enablement - Support customer success with targeted campaigns to drive adoption of Retention Center, Automation Center, Sales Center, and AppliedPay.
  • Customer Health & Insights - Use health scores, usage data, and feedback to identify risk, inform proactive retention, and optimize strategy.
  • Cross-functional Execution & Optimization - Collaborate across CX, success, product, and marketing teams to test, measure, and improve lifecycle performance.

We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing; SMB and/or InsurTech experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build and execute lifecycle programs that drive retention, engagement, and expansion
  • Strong customer journey mapping skills with targeted campaigns across all lifecycle stages
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data-driven personalization
  • Background creating educational content, product adoption campaigns, and customer communications

You may have other skills or credentials, including:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $80,000 - $107,000 USD. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
