We’re looking for a dynamic, high impact Senior Marketing Events Manager to join our team! You will be part of the control center, helping make critical decisions that impact millions of Zimperium users around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Operations, Communications and Leadership to create and drive release process improvements that rapidly deliver reliable quality software to our customers.
 
Overview:
 
The Senior Event Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing team and is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, planning, and execution of major industry trade shows and field marketing events globally. This individual will work cross-functionally with members of the sales, marketing, customer success, and product team to hone the Zimperium events strategy, execute events from start to finish, develop and manage meeting/event timelines, deadlines, and budgets. Additionally, this position will be responsible for actively measuring event performance and ROI, as well as working collaboratively across the organization to drive attendance and optimize the value of our events investments. This individual will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
 
What You'll Do:
●  Support Zimperium Goals: Ensure that throughout planning, strategizing and executing, our event goals of demand generation; brand awareness, and creating an outstanding customer experience remain an integral part of our strategy.
●  Events Lifecycle Management: Develop a well-formed, 360 degree strategy for carrying out events on a global scale (as applicable) to ensure close alignment with targeted outcomes- including pre-event, during event, and post-event promotion and follow-up
●  Budget Management: Manage a comprehensive events program and budget.
●  Reporting: Responsible for all aspects of budgeting, and reporting including reporting on cost per lead, cost per opportunities, raw leads and target account leads tracked and reported on for each event. Ensure metrics are defined, tracked and reported out on – with opportunities for continuous improvement identified and integrated in future activities.
●  Internal Communication and Collaboration: Maintain consistent communications across the organization to ensure consistent alignment and transparency of event goals and strategies.
●  Onsite Event Execution: Onsite event management (where necessary) of all major events.
●  Vendor and Events Ecosystem Growth and Maintenance: Build a cohesive, global event ecosystem by building and maintaining internal and external relationships (agencies, vendors) to create quality work which support direct efforts to successfully execute events.
●  Travel: Travel of 25%
 
What You'll Need
●  5+ years of event and/or project management experience
●  2+ years security industry event experience
●  Experience working collaboratively with global teams to execute large events
●  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to successfully direct multiple projects through completion while accelerating business results
●  Data-driven, budget-conscious, creative problem solver; Expert knowledge of event platforms and measurement
●  Strong written and verbal communications skills
●  Must have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
●  Be a strong, inspiring leader to other members of our marketing team, driving creative and thoughtful event strategies that fully utilize all mediums; live, virtual, hybrid, social, video, etc
