Position Overview:

As the Sr. Marketing Email Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to support our company's growth objectives. You will lead/collaborate with a dynamic team, overseeing the implementation of scalable processes, leveraging technology, and fostering collaboration across departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in marketing operations, data analysis, and project management will be essential in ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop and execute the marketing operations strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across channels and regions.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms and tools to streamline processes, enhance campaign effectiveness, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of marketing systems and data management.
  • Oversee data integrity with HubSpot and Salesforce, through data auditing, cleanup of bounces and inactive contacts, and deduping, etc.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, automation, lead nurturing and marketing attribution processes.
  • Continuously assess and optimize marketing operations processes to drive productivity, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide weekly / monthly revenue reporting on assigned product lines.
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing operations with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to gather requirements, provide support, and drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven success developing and executing lifecycle email campaigns (nurture flows, re-engagement, onboarding, upsell, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, with some experience using Salesforce
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates
  • Comfortable using customer data platforms (CDPs) and CRM integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of email KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, deliverability, etc.).
  • Skilled in A/B testing, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions.
