The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to drive performance analysis, data integrity, and actionable insights across our marketing channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing investments are data-driven, optimized, and aligned to business outcomes.


 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead performance analysis across affiliate, email, native, and display channels to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and client-facing deliverables
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Develop forecasting models and ROI analyses to guide strategic investment decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, BI, and operations teams to support campaign performance and business insights
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, including leadership and clients
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally across affiliate, email, native, or display channels
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Technical Experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Domo, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Working knowledge of SQL, tracking pixels, tag managers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Familiarity with marketing and partner platforms such as Impact.com, Google Ads, Outbrain/Taboola, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience with forecasting, profitability modeling, and performance optimization strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows and implementing automation

Hybrid Work Environment

This role is required to be in person at our beautiful, fully stocked Hermosa Beach location Tuesday–Thursday each week.
