Job Title: Sr. Manager, Wholesale Marketing, HOKA Sport & Outdoor
Reports to: Director, Wholesale Marketing, HOKA Performance

Location: United States (Remote)

The Role

As the Senior Manager of Wholesale Marketing for HOKA Sport & Outdoor, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth across the Sport & Outdoor wholesale channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and positioning. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful launch of marketing campaigns, development of long term account strategies, and in building strong relationships with our wholesale partners.

This individual must have a deep understanding of how to merge brand and wholesale account goals, and consumer insights into commercially impactful and brand building marketing plans. They need to influence and sell-in new ideas that will translate into ground breaking campaigns within the digital, in-store and experiential touchpoints of the Sport & Outdoor wholesale accounts. This individual should be creative, energized, extremely organized, and a proven leader for internal and external partners.

Your Impact

Lead the Sport & Outdoor marketing team in developing seasonal campaigns and long-term account planning.

· Develop new, creative ideas and innovative ways to partner with our wholesale accounts.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Sport & Outdoor accounts through regular alignment meetings and strategy sessions.

· Manage and progress partnerships with wholesale partners, including pitching and landing new ideas.

· Develop account-level strategies, annual planning, and ongoing business analysis in partnership with HOKA sales counterparts.

· Collaborate with sales counterparts to analyze the current business and develop seasonal plans and long term strategies

· Collaborate with cross-functional NA Marketing team members to align wholesale account plans with NA Marketing strategy.

· Travel to meet with wholesale partners, attend seasonal planning meetings, and key brand events.

Who You Are

· 8+ years related marketing experience on the brand or retailer side, preferably in the footwear, sport, outdoor or run industry

· Experienced in 360 wholesale marketing with a strong understanding of the sport and outdoor categories.

· Expertise leading projects and creating marketing campaigns within a national retailer wholesale environment, both digital and in-store

· Comfortable presenting to senior members of partner organizations

· A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.

· Excellent at building and progressing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

· Skilled in analyzing market trends and consumer insights.

· A strong leader with over 4 years of experience managing and developing a team.

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Previous experience organizing and supporting wholesale marketing initiatives with Dicks Sporting Goods, REI or similar accounts

· Passionate about the HOKA brand and its mission.

$145,000 - $155,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location . Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
