Coordinate execution of end to end technology strategies across Product Management, Engineering and Architecture teams to support funded portfolio initiatives and communicating with key Business and GapTech stakeholders
Manage the portfolio lifecycle, facilitating application strategy and planning processes, ensuring portfolio delivery success in a modern Dev Ops/agile operating model This includes accountability for financial visibility to the leader team
As a Scrum Master, manage sprint effectiveness for multiple scrum teams, facilitating, and organizing Scrum events – help the team focus on goals, self manage to achieve objectives sprint to sprint
Ensure the teams have a healthy backlog of ready to play work by collaborating with Product Manager (Ex: creation of a priority sequence of epics, stories); Work with the Product Manager to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
Leadership experience to guide and influence stakeholders decisions, articulating options, trade offs and recommendations.
Proficient in all aspects of PM/scrum process and demonstrates ability to execute processes
