In this role, you will serve as a ""player-coach,"" providing strategic leadership to a team of Technical Leads and Business Analysts while remaining hands-on with the architecture and development of the Force.com platform. You will own the delivery and health of the entire Sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Zoom, and related integrations, driving innovation through self-service tools, AI, and advanced reporting.What you get to do everyday
Lead Technical Strategy & People: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Technical Leads and Business Analysts. Foster a culture of technical excellence by guiding developers through code reviews, architectural decision-making, and career development.
Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. Stay hands-on with the codebase, developing applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
Manage the Sales Ecosystem: Oversee the support and health of all applicable sales applications, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Zoom, and other enablement tools.
Drive Innovation: Implement AI-driven features and advanced reporting capabilities to support the "Consignor + Store Buyer" relationship management lifecycle across Desktop and Mobile.
Support & Stability: Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code and configurations, ensuring the platform remains performant and scalable.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
Minimum 4+ years of experience specifically managing a team of Salesforce technical leads and business analysts
Deep technical proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components
Strong experience supporting end-to-end customer relationship management workflows (Lead, Contact & Opportunity Management)
Experience managing broader sales applications and integrations (e.g., Zoom)
Preferred Requirements:
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II)
Experience implementing AI or Einstein features within the Salesforce ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience
