The Senior Manager, CRM is responsible for aligning SFDC and CPQ systems with business goals, improving sales operations, and providing global support. This role involves leading 1,200 users across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, as well as leading a team of seven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Strategy & Deployment: Create and maintain the Commercial Tools & Technology Roadmap for SFDC and CPQ. Lead the global deployment and configuration of these systems, ensuring they meet business needs across different regions.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of seven professionals, set clear targets, and collaborate with other teams such as sales, pricing, and marketing to improve system efficiency and sales processes.
  • System Maintenance & Support: Oversee system upgrades, address user support issues, and resolve problems. Track and measure system utilization to ensure high adoption and maximum return on investment.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training materials to ensure sales teams around the world can effectively use SFDC and CPQ tools.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Handle relationships with vendors and ensure the budget for SFDC and CPQ systems is used efficiently.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Work with auditors to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements.
  • Steering Committee Involvement: Participate in the divisional SFDC and CPQ Steering Committee to help define priorities for system improvements and tool update.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Experienced in leading teams of six or more professionals.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ tools; understanding of SAP and other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with compliance and auditing processes.
  • Ability to travel globally (10-20%).
