The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving global sales effectiveness through planning, analytics, CRM administration, territory management, and order fulfillment prioritization. This role serves as a critical conduit between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data, and Finance teams, ensuring alignment and execution across the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. 

This position reports to the Senior Director of Go-To-Market Operations and is based onsite at our Irvine, CA office.

As the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you will have an opportunity to influence:

Sales Planning & Analytics 

  • Lead global sales planning cycles including forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership. 

  • Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making. 

Salesforce CRM Administration & Support 

  • Oversee global Salesforce CRM strategy, governance, and user support. 

  • Partner with IT and Sales teams to optimize workflows, data integrity, and system enhancements. 

  • Train and support users to ensure adoption and effective use of CRM tools, and self-service access to reporting. 

Territory Planning & Administration 

  • Design and manage global sales territories and account assignments. 

  • Ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies and resource optimization. 

  • Maintain territory data and resolve conflicts or overlaps. 

Sales Order Allocation & Fulfillment 

  • Manage customer prioritization and order allocation processes in partnership with Supply Planning. 

  • Monitor fulfillment performance and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to align supply with sales priorities. 

Sales Administration 

  • Oversee sales policy compliance, administration, and incentive program execution. 

  • Support sales onboarding and enablement initiatives. 

  • Maintain documentation and process standards across global teams. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as liaison between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Finance. 

  • Drive alignment and execution within the S&OP/IBP framework. 

  • Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. 

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related commercial functions. 

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 

  • Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. 

  • Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional partnerships.

  • Experience driving the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

    • Forecast Accuracy (% variance to plan) 

    • Sales Productivity (Revenue per Rep) 

    • CRM Adoption Rate (% active users) 

    • Territory Coverage Effectiveness 

    • Order Fulfillment Rate (% on-time delivery) 

    • Sales Cycle Time (Lead to Close) 

    • Data Quality Score (CRM and Territory data) 

    • Quota Attainment (% of reps hitting targets)

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
