The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Lead and scale enterprise sales development, building the team, coaching approach, and operating systems behind outbound pipeline generation.

What you'll do

- Lead and grow an enterprise SDR/BDR team and its future management structure.

- Improve messaging, prospecting playbooks, tools, and ramp plans.

- Coach representatives on account mapping and executive-level outreach.

- Own pipeline targets and diagnose conversion and performance issues.

- Coordinate with account executives and marketing on qualified handoffs and market strategy.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 7 to 10 years of total sales experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise SDR or BDR teams.

- Experience hiring and building a team, with evidence of quota attainment and rep development.

- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.

- Ability to engage executive buyers and coach complex prospecting motions.

- Strong pipeline analysis, performance management, and cross-functional communication.

Bonus points

- Experience expanding a sales development function into new regions or segments.

Benefits

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 229,000 per year.

- Equity: Competitive equity.

- Commission is available in addition to base salary; plan details are discussed during hiring.

Location and work model

- Five days per week onsite in San Francisco or Manhattan, New York. Relocation candidates are considered.
