The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will be a critical partner to the sales organization enabling them to scale efficiently, hit revenue targets, and improve productivity. This person will develop and manage operational processes and support sales performance analytics to enable a high-functioning sales organization. 

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support growth strategies and GTM priorities

  • Establish a consistent sales operating rhythm that aligns sales reps and leaders around focus, accountability, and performance insights.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting
  • Own pipeline management and forecasting frameworks in partnership with Sales Leadership, tracking and reporting on performance vs. goals, providing insights and actionable recommendations

  • Support key operational cadences such as QBRs, forecast calls, and sales leadership reviews

Sales Process Optimization 
  • Own the end-to-end sales process mapping, documentation, and optimization to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Identify friction in the sales cycle and implement automation or best practices to improve win rates and reduce cycle time.
     

Tools & Systems
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo).

  • Drive optimization of integrated sales tech stack (e.g., Clari, Outreach, Gong, LeanData)

  • Lead or support system enhancement initiatives to align with evolving sales processes

  • Ensure data hygiene and governance across systems


Data Governance & CRM Hygiene

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data entry in Salesforce and other tools.

  • Enforce rules of engagement (ROE), lead/account ownership, and process adherence.
     

Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting (SaaS or B2B tech industry preferred)

  • Experience owning and refining sales processes, rules of engagement, and territory models including demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive complex projects to completion

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions (e.g., enterprise, mid-market, SDR/AE/CSM model)

  • Experience partnering with sales leadership (CRO/VP Sales) and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Enablement, Product)

  • Advanced CRM (Salesforce) skills (reporting, dashboards, object relationships, automation workflows) and proficiency in tools like Clari, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Hubspot/Pardot/Marketo.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$130000 to $165000 annually for US-based employees.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.  Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
