The Senior Manager of Regional Non-Commercial Key Accounts' main priority will be managing a team of 7 (seven) Regional Account Managers to sell in and execute Red Bull strategy and initiatives within regional non-commercial key accounts across the western United States. The area of focus will be on developing business within the following segments: Vending, Contract Foodservice, Healthcare, Travel, and College & University. Key responsibilities include: people management, owning key account budgets and results (SKU Distribution, Category Insights, LTO‘s, Fair Share of Shelf and On Premise Marketing Initiatives); developing productive business relationships with top accounts; working cross functionally to develop solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals; and helping drive best practices by producing excellent results and creating innovative solutions. In addition, the Senior Manager of Regional Non-Commercial Key Accounts is responsible for working with the Director, Regional Non-Commercial sales to assist in topline strategy development across all Non-Commercial segments.
Job DescriptionSTRATEGIC PLANNING AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Directly manage and support a team of 7 Regional Account Managers across the western United States.
Develop long-term strategies and specific initiatives for regional non-commercial key accounts, including company direction, focus area, key customers, market parameters and resource allocation.
Assist in the annual business planning process for regional non-commercial key accounts team – including all channel programming, initiatives, and tactics.
Owns and manages regional trade investment budgets in CPM and consistently evaluates ROI to inform future spend.
Identify unique sales levers to maximize sales growth and assign resources to put them into place.
Aggregate and analyze large amounts of complex data quickly, and distil that data into clear, viable action plans.
Allocates resources where the investment has the highest payback with strategically important customers
Drives post-promotion analysis following all programs to evaluate effectiveness and execution
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Builds strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key account decision makers and stakeholders for top regional non-commercial accounts
Executes and retains contracts to drive execution and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case.
Customizes presentations utilizing business insights to appeal to customer’s needs to gain execution and programming.
Create account programming such as planograms, LTO’s, staff programs, etc. that are relevant to each account and drives volume.
Conduct business reviews and holds partners accountable to deliver upon agreed-upon execution and programs.
Ensure all members of their team effectively use CPM and all other admin tools provided and required to manage their business.
Work to ensure Void analysis is accurate and actionable for all regional chains.
Participate in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences
Build strong relationships and credibility throughout the organization to influence and drive initiatives.
Work with HQ On Premise Marketing, Trade Marketing & Brand Marketing to create custom account programs in line with standards.
Communicate with key stakeholders within the Business Units & Regions to drive execution, provide and receive account/ program feedback.
Conduct regular reviews with RBNA Region leadership to review program results as well as year-to-go plans.
Build, develop, and lead a large geographically disparate team. Ensure career development for entire team through focus of timely, specific and direct feedback and coaching.
Qualifications8+ years of On-Premise sales experience; emphasis and track record in regional non-commercial accounts.
5+ years of people management experience with ability to provide actionable feedback and coaching.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and utilize business insights to influence strategy and execution.
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $173,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
