As Senior Manager of Product Marketing Business Operations, you will drive operational excellence across Intapp's product marketing organization while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You'll lead program management of key initiatives, establish operating rhythms, and coordinate cross-functional efforts that enable our product marketing transformation. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can manage both high-level organizational priorities and detailed operational logistics to scale our growing team.
What you will do:
Lead program management of top-level PMM initiatives and KPIs, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution across the organization
Drive stakeholder communications for major programs and initiatives, maintaining alignment across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams
Establish operating cadence for the PMM team including meeting rhythms, planning cycles, and cross-functional workflows
Orchestrate team operations including quarterly business reviews, offsites, strategic planning sessions, and organizational development initiatives
Support high-priority executive initiatives by executing strategic projects, managing urgent priorities, facilitating leadership communications, and driving cross-functional alignment
What you will need:
Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this role, you will ideally have:
5+ years of business operations or program management experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in product marketing, marketing operations, or product management environments
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Excellence in project management, process design, and operational efficiency with experience building scalable systems and workflows
Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience coordinating executive-level meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in performance measurement, reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
