Key Responsibilities
- Define and Drive Product Vision: Collaborate with leadership to establish a clear product vision and OKRs, align with business goals, and lead cross-functional execution across complex product portfolios.
- Enhance Customer Experience and Innovation: Champion user-centric design, identify unmet needs through research and experimentation, and stay ahead of market trends to deliver impactful, competitive features.
- Execute with Excellence: Lead roadmap development, prioritize effectively, and ensure delivery of usable, viable, and feasible products. Set quality benchmarks and resolve execution barriers proactively.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Build a metrics-driven culture by defining key product metrics, tracking product health, and using insights to guide strategy, measure success, and drive product-market fit.
- Influence and Advocate Across Teams: Build strong cross-functional relationships, align stakeholders through storytelling and data, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 4 years of experience in product and/or experience management with experience partnering with technology and user experience teams in translating business strategy into prioritized specific product features and requirements
- 3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results
- Experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing with experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

- Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
- CSPO Certification
- Experience leading the digital product roadmap
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
- Prior leadership experience with direct report responsibility in a top 25 omni-channel retailer, managing operational and/or project financial budgets
- Experience owning a P&L
