We’re seeking an experienced People Compliance Senior Manager to lead compliance efforts for the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, reporting to the Global Head of People Compliance. You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary compliance subject matter expert for the Americas and providing timely guidance to HR, Talent Acquisition, People Services, and business leaders
  • Supporting the management of compliance programs including but not limited to Background Checks, Right to Work verification, Contingent Workforce, , and pay equity analysis
  • Drafting and localizing HR policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements in accordance with country-specific legal requirements
  • Managing mandated government reports and statutory filings for the region, and responding to audits and government inquiries
  • Providing HR compliance support for M&A and new country expansions

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years direct experience in HR compliance, with at least 4 years managing compliance across multiple countries in the Americas including the United States
  • Demonstrated experience managing core compliance programs such as OFCCP, EEO-1 reporting, pay equity analysis, audits, and background checks
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and employment regulations across the Americas region
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong ability to build relationships across functions and influence stakeholders

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or other advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience supporting HR compliance in the context of M&A and organizational expansion
  • Expertise managing complex compliance requirements in a fast-paced, global environment

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
