The Partner Solutions team leads the preparation and readiness workflow for all acquired and originally produced programming for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) portfolio. This is an outward-facing group, serving as one of the first touchpoints for productions and content partners; ensuring a seamless operational experience. The Partner Solutions team is the operational backbone of Peacock's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) content strategy, ensuring seamless delivery and launch of acquired and originally produced programming.
As Senior Manager, Partner Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and delivery process for Peacock Original content, managing everything from asset intake to launch readiness. This is a high-impact, hands-on people management role requiring deep expertise in streaming media operations, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex workflows across internal and external stakeholders. You'll be a strategic partner to productions, post teams, and content providers, helping shape the policies and procedures that support our growing and diverse content library.

- Manage onboarding and communications with external content partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of programming assets, metadata, and artwork.
- Oversee day-to-day project management of content delivery workflows, coordinating across Production, Programming, Creative, and Operations teams.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain large-scale initiatives that align with departmental goals and broader organizational objectives.
- Advocate for and apply best practices in planning, coordination, documentation, risk management, and implementation.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, finance reporting, and team goal setting.
- Ensure program/project cost, quality, timing, and scope meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain essential metrics, KPIs, and portfolio management tools to track accomplishments across DTC business units.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, and Executive stakeholders on new feature rollouts, language support, and platform enhancements.
- Identify and remove delivery roadblocks, ensuring transparency and alignment between internal and external teams.
- Contribute to executive communications and support the development of strategic roadmaps and initiatives.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have an overall understanding of video encoding and asset preparation and a great ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work across multiple high-profile titles while juggling shifting delivery timelines is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in streaming media operations, partner management, or content delivery.
- Proven success managing teams and/or large-scale projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of TV/film production workflows, post-production, and asset management.
- Familiarity with video encoding, multi-language assets (captions, subtitles, dubs, audio descriptions), and metadata standards.
- Proficiency in Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a history of creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior people management experience with a focus on team development and mentorship.
- Experience working with streaming platforms and content operations.
- Strong interest in the media and entertainment industry.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, adapt under pressure, and lead through change.
