About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Marketing IT team is currently undertaking a significant modernization effort, re-architecting the entire Marketing technology stack. Key initiatives include migrating all digital properties, such as the corporate website, to the Adobe CMS platform, overhauling the Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, and implementing a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

This role, as a key leader within the Marketing IT team, is crucial for the successful alignment of marketing strategies with technology solutions. You will be responsible for optimizing current technology investments and integrating new applications to boost the marketing team’s efficacy across various audiences, functions, and tools.

Serving as the essential bridge between Marketing and IT, this individual ensures that the marketing teams are equipped with and leverage the best available tools and technologies. This position includes supervisory responsibilities for both on-shore and off-shore team members.. 

What You'll Do:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, both short and long-term, that articulates a clear and compelling vision for our digital platforms, enhances the internal user experience, grows external user engagement, and modernizes our capabilities and in-house talent.

  • Strategic planning & leadership

  • Advance the maturity of marketing platforms and tools, including DAM, CMS, CDP, email marketing systems, and analytics tools to deliver on the strategic goals for Marketing IT & Crowdstrike.

  • Cultivate and lead a collaborative relationship with other parts of IT organization to ensure proper exploration, implementation, development, and maintenance of supporting marketing technologies.

  • Develop, track, and execute a product roadmap for evolving the marketing technology stack

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company to foster productive relationships, improve communication, and inform the development of systems and resources.

  • Ensure consistent tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance

  • Lead and manage the marketing technology team, including web developers, business system analysts, system administrators and QA.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting professional growth.

  • Develop hands-on expertise in the systems and tools to manage the people and work with precision and expertise.

  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending new tools and platforms as necessary

  • Lead RFP processes for selecting new marketing technologies and platforms

  • Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the company gets the best value

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on marketing platforms and tools

  • 5+ years of experience of managing, leading, mentoring & growing global technology team

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.)

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Document Cloud will be added plus

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion

  • Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details

  • Proven track record of implementing new marketing technologies and achieving measurable business results

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $145,000 - $220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
