What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead our new ABM growth marketing programs, including but not limited to developing comprehensive strategies, outlining specific goals, and targeting key audiences.
- Create and curate personalized content, including but not limited to emails, websites, social media posts, and other materials, that resonates with the specific needs and interests of our clients
- Report out on the progress of all campaigns and associated metrics to stakeholders, documenting best practices and key learnings.
- Run account based marketing campaigns across advertising, email, events, direct mail, and more.
- Partner and coordinate with our Sales team on running integrated plays.
- Build trusting relationships within target accounts, with the goal to expand business and retain our valued customers.
- Be available for 10% travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.

- Experience with key metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and what levers drive these.

- Proven ability to work independently and be comfortable “creating the path” rather than walking it.
- Recent, hands-on experience, (within the last 3 years) executing campaigns within marketing automation and ad platforms.
- Minimum 3 years managing a high performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely within the immediate team, as well as cross-functionally with different departments, and executive levels.
- Fantastic organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related marketing strategies is highly preferred.
