Applications will be accepted until 10/31/2025.Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated team member to structure, lead, deliver, and analyze sales programs in support of the Customer Success Group’s (CSG) Sales Organization, focused on delivering revenue for our Success Plan products (Premier & Signature). These sales programs are important tools in driving revenue growth. The Sr. Manager/ Manager, CSG Sales Programs & Strategy is responsible for all aspects of a program from creation, prioritization, execution, partner management, program performance reviews, organizational change, and review of program success. The role will require business analysis and Salesforce reporting work, as well as the ability to partner and collaborate with team members throughout Salesforce to drive our sales strategy forward.
This role will be responsible for understanding the Success Plan go-to-market strategy as well as the delivery of Success plans to create customer centric use case by industry that will enable Success Plan Sales to break into new markets and progress pipeline.
CSG Sales Program Managers use data to evaluate business scenarios, plan efficiency initiatives, design processes, and deliver insights. Deliverables include sales strategy, identifying focus areas, sales program proposals, custom performance analysis, process documentation, reporting, and dashboards to presentation-ready content for senior Salesforce leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a library of validated customer-centric use cases, mapped to industries, buyer roles, and key pain points.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Success and Sales to ensure use cases and content are aligned with product capabilities and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
- Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
- Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
- Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support the strategy and proactively make recommendations
- Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
- Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
- Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed
- Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5 -7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields
- Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

- Ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions
- Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations
- Building and delivering presentations to senior executives and translating data insights into concise and insightful executive summaries and presentations
- Confident communicator with attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to see the big picture, innovate, and adapt to change
- Knowledge of Salesforce products desired or experience with comparable enterprise business technology tools
- Get it-done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit
- Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
