Position Summary

Integrated and Partnerships Marketing
Samsung TV Plus is a premium global entertainment service and is the most-used streaming app on Samsung Smart TVs. A leader in FAST, Samsung TV Plus offers hundreds of channels and thousands of shows and movies on-demand in the U.S. Globally, the streaming service carries over 3,500 ad-supported linear channels in 30 countries and is accessible on over 630M active devices. Samsung TV Plus is the exclusive home of Conan O’Brien TV, Letterman TV, and hundreds of additional exclusive channels available worldwide. Samsung TV Plus is available on Samsung TVs, Galaxy devices, Samsung Smart Monitors, and Family Hub.
About the Role:
The Integrated and Partnerships Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Global Marketing and PR and will be responsible for developing and executing 360 integrated marketing executions across our suite of partnerships and content offering. We’re looking for a driven and seasoned strategic marketer who can help develop unique opportunities that connect with consumers and bring our partnerships to life. The right candidate will have experience in all facets of Marketing and in developing plans that align with key business objectives, and be able to identify opportunities that will deliver the desired results. This role requires stellar communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a collaborative team player who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and is able to work independently with competing priorities and stakeholders. This individual should have strong partner and agency management skills, as well as experience in working with various cross-functional teams, such as PR, Merchandising, UX, Product, Programming, Ads, and our global Corporate teams.
FAST is the fastest-growing video segment amongst consumers. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of an exploding and ever-evolving media landscape and will play a key role in driving the growth of the Samsung TV Plus business.
Hybrid position based in Los Angeles, California.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, develop, execute, and measure high-impact partnership collaborations that drive brand love and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Launch and measure impactful campaigns across owned and third-party marketing ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead collaborations that integrate strategic partnerships across Corporate initiatives.
  • Lead effective conversations and collaborations with key internal departments that deliver the optimal value and the best-in-class experience for consumers.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the TV Plus consumer and their streaming behaviors to inform strategies.
  • Track third-party contractual obligations and identify opportunities for optimization that will deliver the optimal value for Samsung TV Plus.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should be a collaborative leader who can persuasively motivate other teams to activate.
  • Experience in brokering barter media deals.
  • Experience in media planning across digital, ATL, BTL, and on-platform CTV.
  • A data-driven Marketer who is obsessed with driving results.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Self-starter who is adaptive, ambitious and a collaborative team player.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines on multiple projects; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • The ability to synthesize data across a complex media mix to optimize efforts
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with leadership effectively.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is also solution-oriented.
  • Previous experience at a streaming service is a plus.

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA, is expected to be between $150,000 ~ $180,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
