Your opportunity


This is a fantastic opportunity to optimize New Relic’s growth engine by working across marketing channels with a focus on demand/ nurture strategies in web, email, and paid activation. You are a self-driven demand generalist who can act both strategically and tactically, with a strong track record of driving measurable impact via performance marketing channels. You have strong analytical skills, experienced in diving deep into data to find meaningful trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. You have direct experience in campaign management and optimization, and are skilled in coordinating between internal teams and external agencies to drive performance outcomes. You’re both technical and creative, and will be a strong partner to the internal growth team, regional marketing teams, marketing operations, creative, and data teams to consistently evolve and improve our demand gen marketing strategy.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth (email, web personalization, paid and organic social, content syndication, 3rd party webinars, etc.).
  • Collaborative content mapping, ensuring updated and new content is featured in appropriate persona journeys.
  • Partner closely with Sales Development (SDR) and account executives in Sales  to align on campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging that convert leads into pipeline.
  • Establish a repeatable campaign process, starting with broad 1:many programs and supporting 1:few and 1:1 initiatives over time.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations/automation to manage lead nurture programs and improve funnel conversion.
  • Define and track key campaign metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations. Report on results regularly in Marketing team meetings and prepare materials for presenting to the CxO team in company Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Create content for campaigns (emails, ads, landing pages) in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends, modern AI and personalization tools, demand generation tactics, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with field/regional teams to drive ideation around performance improvement through creative iteration cycles, campaign and promotional brainstorming, and more.
  • Drive channel experimentation from creative, to landing page testing, to event testing across markets, identify opportunities to create growth across our tier 1 markets.

This role requires

  • 6-9+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong track record of collaborating closely with sales to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset. You base your decisions and strategies on data and metrics, and you have experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Humility, creativity, and thoughtfulness—crafting and testing strategies that are most effective for New Relic’s specific goals.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing channels for demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a must; familiarity with Account-based Marketing tools like 6sense a plus.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices.
  • Great cross-functional/program management skills with both technical and creative stakeholders to not only be accountable to results, but drive collaboration with global teams.
  • Native-level English fluency required. 

Bonus points if you have

  • Understanding of Engineer and DevOp personas as well as Enterprise and Commercial buyer personas.
  • Upper intermediate foreign language (level B2+) in Japanese, French, Spanish, or other romance languages a plus.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

$114,000$143,000 USD
