Job Description

As our Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing, managing and executing a creative and strategic influencer and creator program that showcases the unique identity of the Vuori brand and establishes a strong connection with our community.  This role requires innovation, self-direction, and exceptional communication skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and a self-starter that is passionate about managing a team and inspiring happiness.  

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead the creation of full-scale Influencer Marketing Strategy and execution of programs that align with brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs, including event activations, strategic partnerships and impactful campaigns. 
  • Guide the execution of impactful influencer partnerships, creative gifting, and strategic community-building efforts, collaborating with the wider brand marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives 
  • Oversee the day-to-day influencer marketing programs and management of the influencer team inclusive of development opportunities. 
  • Lead planning and executing launch events that align with brand initiatives, providing organic content opportunities for both influencers and consumers; responsible for in-person relationship-building opportunities for the brand 
  • Manage the budget set by the Senior Director of PR and Influencer Marketing. 
  • Research, identify, and engage potential influencers that authentically represent and reach new and existing customers across all platforms with data and insights to support reasoning; build a talent pipeline; and maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators. 
  • Oversee all aspects of influencer contracting for brand campaigns and creators, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation/renewals, legal sign-off and payments/invoicing. 
  • Oversee development and distribution of influencer briefs to guide content creation.  
  • Manage influencer production timelines and content calendars, facilitate shareouts and content reviews for leadership team as needed. 
  • Manage influencer content creation process, ensuring all deliverables are met and that content is approved & posted in an efficient manner including but not limited to content for influencer campaigns, affiliate and performance marketing. 
  • Optimize influencer strategy, campaigns, and posting schedules to maximize earned media value (EMV) and meet monthly growth goals. 
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with PR, Creative, Content, Brand, Social, Affiliate and Performance to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with wider campaign and brand goals. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and refine ongoing strategies. 
  • Utilize influencer reporting platform to develop and present regular reporting. Turn learnings into actions for future campaigns to ensure improved results over time. Work closely with internal teams before, during, and after campaigns to maximize content usage and effectiveness. 
  • Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions. 
  • Be an expert in and stay up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram and TikTok. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.  
  • 10+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including 5+ years leading teams. 
  • In-depth experience using third party influencer platforms, social analytics, and reporting tools. 
  • Proven experience working with a wide variety of influencers across a variety of categories (micro, macro, celebrity) and managing influencer campaigns with wide-ranging budgets; handling 50+ influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. 
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience securing favorable influencer contracts. 
  • Deep understanding of the influencer landscape including best practices, social media platforms, current trends, pop culture and the ability to identify influencers that align with our brand 
  • Passion for and expertise in influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms, and leveraging these platforms to fuel brand growth strategies 
  • Ability to drive strategy and be an independent thinker in a fast-paced culture. 
  • Highly organized with exceptional project and account management skills 
  • Skilled communicator and team collaborator with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. 
  • Adept at working cross-functionally with PR, Creative, Performance, and eComm teams. 
  • Bonus: Experience in content creation (video/photo editing) and working with fashion, fitness, or wellness brands 
  • Demonstrated track record of team development and meaningful influencer partnerships. 
  • Creative, curious, and culturally tuned-in; brings bold ideas to the table and pushes influencer innovation.

The salary range for this role is $137,300 per year - $176,610 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
