Job Description

Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

Savage X Fenty is one of the most culturally iconic brands in the world. Influencer marketing is a core acquisition priority and a critical lever in our next phase of growth. We are actively investing in scaling this channel into a high-impact, performance-driven engine that materially contributes to new member acquisition.

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead the strategy and execution for Savage’s U.S. influencer program. The right candidate is commercially sharp, creatively strong, and moves with urgency. They know how to build systems, structure performance-based partnerships, and drive measurable impact.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful influence across the Growth organization.

This position reports to the VP, Growth Marketing and partners closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and our EU influencer team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will:

  • Scale influencer marketing into a significant and efficient member acquisition channel.

  • Build a structured, performance-driven creator ecosystem spanning micro-influencers and brand ambassadors.

  • Manage the channel budget, forecasting, and performance targets in partnership with senior Growth leadership.

  • Develop disciplined performance frameworks tied directly to new member growth, CAC efficiency, and scalable forecasting.

  • Maintain a strong pulse on the evolving creator landscape and proactively identify new platforms, formats, and partnership models.

What You’ll Own

Brand Ambassador Strategy & Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit high-impact paid brand ambassadors aligned to growth priorities.

  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of commercial partnerships, balancing pricing, performance expectations, and return on investment.

  • Develop creative strategies to get content produced that drives traffic and results.

  • Partner with Legal to ensure contracts protect the brand while enabling speed and flexibility.

  • Work closely with Paid Social to unlock amplification, whitelisting, and incremental performance opportunities.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-impact creators across campaigns, launches, and community moments.

Micro Influencer Strategy & Scale

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution to scale Savage X Fenty’s micro-influencer program into a high-performance acquisition engine.

  • Build a consistent recruitment and activation engine that sources, vets, and retains high-quality creators at scale.

  • Optimize product seeding, campaign strategy, and creative briefs to maximize both content quality and CVR.

  • Establish scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of creators efficiently.

Performance & Reporting

  • Build clear, actionable reporting that connects influencer activity to acquisition impact and enables informed investment decisions.

  • Develop monthly channel projections in partnership with Acquisition leadership.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize compensation structures and performance thresholds.

  • Bring commercial rigor to every partnership decision, balancing brand impact with measurable results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Paid Media, Acquisition, Brand, Social, Creative, and Merchandising to align influencer strategy with product launches, brand initiatives and seasonal priorities.

  • Ensure influencer content is leveraged across paid, owned, and organic channels.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to activate key creator relationships around community events, cultural moments, and other high-impact brand initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the EU influencer team to maintain strategic alignment and global consistency while leading the U.S. strategy.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Lead and develop a high-performing influencer team, currently consisting of three coordinators.

  • Provide structure, mentorship, and clear performance standards while building out the team to support scale.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This role is:

  • A chance to help build one of the most scalable growth engines in DTC fashion.

  • Performance-driven and commercially accountable.

  • Highly visible with meaningful executive exposure.

  • Fast-moving, collaborative, and outcome oriented.

This role is not:

  • A gifting coordination position.

  • A brand-only or awareness-only function disconnected from measurable performance.

  • A maintenance role focused solely on existing processes.

  • A slow, overly process-heavy environment.

What You Will Bring

  • 6-8+ years of experience in influencer or creator partnerships, with a proven track record of scaling programs at meaningful volume.

  • Strong DTC and performance marketing experience; subscription experience preferred.

  • Commercial fluency — comfortable pricing deals, negotiating terms, reading performance data, and making ROI-driven decisions.

  • Experience managing budgets and performance targets.

  • Builder mindset with a strong bias toward action and accountability.

  • Ability to operate with speed and clarity in a high-visibility environment.

  • Experience leading and developing teams.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
