From cultivating relationships with influencers across all tiers to overseeing innovative campaigns, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies that amplify e.l.f. SKIN's brand and product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers (from micro to macro, and even celebs!) with a focus on SKINcare expertise and authenticity.
- Create and manage cutting-edge campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while keeping e.l.f. SKIN’s accessible luxury positioning top of mind.
- Oversee budgets and performance tracking for influencer partnerships, ensuring maximum ROI.
-Use tools like Tribe Dynamics to analyze campaign performance and deliver insights on EMV, engagement rates, and conversions.
-Collaborate with our PR and Social Media and Integrated Marketing Communications teams to seamlessly integrate influencer content across all marketing channels.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and deliverables.
- Stay ahead of the curve on skincare trends, social platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Lead a team of coordinators and work cross-functionally with broader marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Leverage your network of influencers, talent agencies, and industry experts to create authentic, high-impact partnerships.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of SKINcare conversations and trending topics on social media.
- Engage with key opinion leaders in the SKINcare world, including dermatologists and estheticians, to stay in-the-know.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 3 years in skincare or beauty.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven success in running influencer marketing campaigns in the beauty/skincare space.
- Deep knowledge of the skincare industry - ingredients, trends, consumer behavior - you name it.
- Experience managing influencer marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, content creation best practices, and emerging digital trends.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
