job purpose:

This role reports into the Franchise Lead aligned to oversee Liberty, ABARTA and CCBNE and will be the commercial operations call point for this Franchise and Bottler orbit. This position will play a vital role in strategic planning, performance management and development to drive sales growth within the assigned bottler region(s). Responsible for overseeing business performance for the bottler(s) and ensuring that we have the right commercial tools, resources and opportunities identified to deliver our Joint Business Plan (JBP). This includes achieving profitable growth while delivering on KPI’s, connectivity with the fairlife Field Ops team to understand market performance down to store level, organizing and leading planning/review meetings with key stakeholders and our distributor partners (Quarterly, Trimester, Annual), and collaborating internally with fairlife commercial team, NAOU and the bottler to bring programs into the market. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region, approximately 50% of the time.

roles & responsibilities:

· Drive franchise, sales, and commercial execution for fairlife’s DSD portfolio across assigned bottler geography, ensuring operational excellence with the Field Ops team and brand stewardship amongst bottler ownership

· Monitor and optimize business performance by creating and tracking execution metrics, analyzing data, and reporting insights to support the strategic goals for each bottler, owned by the Franchise Lead.

· Collaborate with partner’s commercial, regional, and bottler sales teams to localize and implement fairlife’s national commercial plan within specific territories.

· Evaluate local market dynamics, bottler performance, and customer needs to design tailored programs that align with business objectives, including development of regional initiatives.

· Coordinate cross-functionally with fairlife Sales, HQ Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Shopper Marketing, NAOU Sales, and Strategic Advisory teams to ensure alignment and execution.

· Achieve annual and long-term KPIs, including base brand growth, innovation execution, and revenue and profit targets.

· Utilize Nielsen, Numerator, shopper data, Powerbi and Coca-Cola proprietary tools to build insight-driven strategies and compelling selling stories.

· Develop customer-specific selling materials in partnership with Field Operations Manager and Franchise Commercial Lead to support bottler-delivered brand initiatives.

skills/qualifications required:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; 3–5+ years of CPG sales or commercial experience required, ideally in food or beverage.

· Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments while being forward thinking

· Apply strong analytical skills using Nielsen, IRI, shopper data, or similar tools; proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel & powerpoint

· Ability to build professional internal & external facing selling materials to communicate messaging, priorities & direction

· Influence business outcomes through a blend of relationship-building, data-driven insights, and compelling storytelling.

· Develop creative, business-driven solutions to navigate and overcome market challenges.

· Leverage knowledge of local retailers and bottlers to drive commercial success (preferred).

Base pay range:
$125,000$150,000 USD
