This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join the team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, the Sr. Manager will support world-class forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. The FP&A team works closely with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to join a dynamic, high-growth environment and accelerate their development.  

 

Job Duties: 

  • Manage the monthly / quarterly close and forecast cadence – full P&L responsibility. 

  • Prepare monthly Corp calendar, track progress throughout each cycle by actively engaging key participants, leverage AI to shorten turn-around time on key deliverables.  

  • Prepare and review monthly / quarterly management reports - analyzing financial results, distilling / synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management. 

  • Partner with peers in accounting and FP&A to streamline operational processes. 

  • Lead automation projects, leveraging technologies such as Anaplan, ChatGPT, Tableau, etc. to reduce reliance on Power Point and Excel. 

  • Partner with IR team to provide earnings related analysis and support 

  • Manage and provide guidance to Sr. Analyst. 

  • Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed. 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in corporate finance or related field 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred 

  • Investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance experience preferred 

  • Experience with a fast-growing company, navigating growth to $2B in sales is preferred 

  • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, or NetSuite and AI tools, such as ChatGPT 

  • High proficiency in Excel - building financial and decision support models 

  • Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace  

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $137,200 and $196,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
