HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As the Senior Finance Manager – Make vs Buy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of Campbell’s Co-Manufacturing operations across the enterprise. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, directly impacting our ability to meet financial targets and support strategic initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our Make vs Buy network, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering value across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Lead all forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities related to enterprise Make vs Buy operations
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Make vs Buy team to identify and implement Co-Manufacturing network optimization strategies
  • Own financial controls and performance tracking for the Make vs Buy network, including analytics and reporting
  • Manage the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams including transportation, procurement, plant controllers, and supply chain finance
  • Develop and implement new processes and reporting tools to enhance visibility of Make vs Buy KPIs
  • Prepare accurate weekly/monthly reports and develop new performance indicators
  • Conduct insightful analysis to support forward-looking forecasts and challenge assumptions
  • Review P&L statements to identify performance trends and communicate findings
  • Collaborate with the Make vs Buy team to identify and deliver key enablers
  • Provide advanced data analysis and reporting for special projects
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls; develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for manufacturing
  • Perform other duties as required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels
  • Confidence and motivation to inspire others
  • Deep understanding of process flows and capabilities within manufacturing facilities

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$137,800-$198,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
