The Sr. Manager, Education & Training Pillar plays a strategic leadership role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Education and Training initiatives across NA MSC. This individual will lead our IL6S capability agenda to ensure that learning interventions are in line with our aspired progression.
The role will partner our Country/Site E&T pillar leads, to ensure delivery towards business priorities, and IL6S journey.

The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Implement NA MSC's Education and Training strategy and master plan aligned with our IL6S/TPM methodology.
- Qualify and provide coaching, technical assistance to Education & Training Pillar leads for our sites.
- Lead the implementation of performance measures and track site governance accordingly.
- Define overlapping structure to launch standard work processes across the pillar.
- Work closely with the supply chain excellence team to ensure effective deliverable prioritization.
- Collaborate with business partners, education providers, and workforce agencies to co-develop learning solutions.
- Participate in the global Education & Training pillar team connects to benchmark and replicate where necessary.
- Coordinate the design and delivery of relevant curriculum and training programs.
Skills & Experience needed:
- BA degree in Human Resources or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years HR (or technical capability) experience in a manufacturing environment; understanding of Lean Six Sigma/TPM preferred.
- Deep learning expertise including understanding of the latest learning concepts, adult learning theory, learning design, neuroscience and evaluation methodologies.
- Understanding of instructional design, learning deployment channels and facilitation techniques.
- Ability to assess & diagnose true capability gaps from business insight and situational data, translating this into appropriate learning interventions that will impact knowledge, skill, behavior and attitude as appropriate.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate, influence, manage change.
- The capability to influence key stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Must have the capacity to operate independently and as part of a collaborative team.
