What You'll Do:
- Translate strategy into concrete execution workplans across Connect, Intelligence, and Asset Data workflows
- Own the operational rhythm of daily/weekly execution and proactively unblock issues across teams
- Drive accountability by holding onshore and offshore leads to clear deliverables and timelines
- Partner with Product and Engineering to roll out automation tools and AI agents
- Lead short-term cross-functional initiatives (e.g., backlog cleanup, SOP rollouts, delivery acceleration)
- Support resourcing, workflow design, and escalation management
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of total experience, including 1-2 years post-MBA in consulting, private equity, or execution-oriented investing roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you're comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating independently in ambiguous situations
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services
- Player-coach mentality: hands-on with execution but enjoy mentoring and upskilling junior team leads and analysts
- Proven ability to own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation
- Strong structuring skills: you bring order to chaos and turn vague objectives into concrete plans
- Deep familiarity with private markets, especially LP-facing workflows involving fund- and asset-level data (e.g., capital calls, NAVs, SOIs, cash flows, fund financials)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with fund administration, alternative assets, or downstream analytics in private markets.
- Experience with data extraction tools, human-in-the-loop workflows, or AI/ML-enabled systems
- Strong change management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with large data sets
