Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Business Sales Ops is responsible for leading a team of B2B Enterprise and Government Program Managers responsible for On-boarding, Continued Education, and GTM activities, and measuring results of training effectiveness post-delivery. The role directly Contributes to the development, evaluation and improvement of training strategies. This role will directly manage process improvement to ensure maximum efficiencies, effectiveness, and consistency across PM functions., strategic leadership, learning and development expertise, program management expertise, and good communications skills will be key to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and develop a team of Program Managers and Learning and development professionals, who will be responsible for the Seller On-boarding, Continued Education, and GTM project and program initiatives for Enterprise and Govt B2B Complex Sellers.
  • Collaborate with Leadership on the strategic alignment of training priorities and field execution. Share insights with peer and leader colleagues and assist in the follow-up plans to close performance gaps in the field as well as provide feedback to the Sr. Manager team for future training development.
  • Provide and deliver VP-level executive summary readouts on training results and associated outcomes.
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating the team.

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Successful management experience managing teams and/or managers Required
  • Training Strategy experience Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Leadership Ability to manage individuals and managers/multiple teams (Required)
  • Business Acumen Financial and business acumen (Required)
  • Change Management Ability to drive and manage outcomes (Required)
  • Change Management Ability to negotiate a change in operational environment (Required)
  • Leadership Ability to set goals and ensure success through management of people, budgets and relationships (Required)
  • Communication Strong written and verbal communication (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Strong Project Management background (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $128,500 - $231,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
