The Senior Manager of Business Operations’ primary responsibility is to provide critical strategic and operational leadership to the Executive Vice President of Distribution at Red Bull North America. This role will partner cross-functionally with senior leaders in Sales, Distribution, Finance, and Strategy on the development and execution of key strategic initiatives, business operations deliverables, and improvements within the Distribution department. The Senior Manager will provide executive-level advisory support, assume ownership of major projects, and develop insights that drive top-line strategy and tactical plans for Red Bull North America, culminating in review and approval by U.S. and global leadership teams.

Job Description

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Frame problems and propose structures and models that enhance understanding, enabling the EVP to fully grasp situations and implement organization-wide action plans.

Serve as a subject matter expert by responding to inquiries, developing action plans, and supporting the preparation and distribution of communications to the Sales Leadership Team, cross-functional executives, U.S. leadership, and global leadership teams.

Act as a strategic thought partner to the EVP by consolidating needs, notes, and action items, and by leading the operational delivery of key initiatives to ensure strategic clarity and focus.

Use existing insights resources to anticipate business needs and identify sales opportunities, guide the annual business planning process and Specialist Meeting content, and provide cutting-edge solutions across all off-premise trade channels.

Serve as a change agent for business processes by ensuring that tools and processes are effective and aligned with the overall strategy.

Act as the primary liaison to Channel National Insights Managers and the Planning/Strategy Team.

ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS

Assess data, generate insights, and develop clear action plans to support growth.

Identify and synthesize business opportunities across all channels, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations that optimize current-year execution (2025), inform next-year planning (BP26), and shape the long-term commercial strategy (Horizon30).

Demonstrate a proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.

Engage cross-functional executives to deliver actionable insights.

Drive performance management processes and KPI oversight for the Sales organization, ensuring focus on critical growth levers and accountability for targets.

Synthesize key insights into compelling opportunities, tailored to each audience.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Drive operational excellence through program and process leadership, enhancing team effectiveness and impact.

Develop and own timelines to support cross-functional teams in completing deliverables, collaborating to prepare executive presentations.

Prepare and shape executive-level communications and narratives for organization-wide presentations.

Collaborate extensively across the organization, serving as a key interface with executive leadership and stakeholders to identify requirements and establish priorities.

Serve as a conduit to cross-functional partners in Brand, Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure cohesive sales plans across the broader organization, including the U.S. Leadership Team and headquarters leaders.

Lead special projects and cross-functional task forces on behalf of the EVP to address high-priority business challenges and opportunities.

Create tools and processes to align the Sales and Distribution Leadership Team and National Insights Managers with key strategic deliverables.

Own, manage, and communicate timelines, requirements, deliverables, and final outputs for both U.S. and global projects.

Qualifications

5–7 years of cross-functional experience within Sales and/or Distribution departments in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Proven experience engaging with and influencing executives and headquarters stakeholders

Demonstrated track record of leading and executing cross-functional executive-level projects

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience working with IRI, Numerator, and other syndicated data sources

Experience in business or management consulting is a plus

Strong communication skills and highly organized

Knowledge of the retail landscape, including both local and national accounts

Ability to work across functions, including headquarters, field/business units, and retailers

Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional settings with key partners, including IT (technically inclined) and Trade Finance

High-level understanding of reporting technologies and their capabilities

Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations

Ability to translate analytics into meaningful insights

Sales-oriented, with a strong understanding of the connection between data and sales execution

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
