About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Sr. Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships to lead our partnership strategy and execution across TwelveLabs' rapidly expanding developer and technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic alliances, developer community engagement, and platform integrations that accelerate video AI adoption across industries. This role will work with AI ecosystem and industry specific ISVs in the Media, Advertising, Manufacturing and Security industries.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecosystem partnership strategy that aligns with TwelveLabs' video-first AI platform and business objectives

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with technology platforms, system integrators, cloud providers, and developer tools to expand market reach

  • Design and build impactful integrations with partners using TwelveLabs APIs

  • Design and own the partner marketing strategy with each ecosystem partner and work closely with the TwelveLabs Product Marketing team to execute.

  • Lead partnership negotiations and structure deals that drive top of funnel leads, robust integration and revenue.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of enterprise partnerships, business development and partner integration development.

  • Strategic thinking and execution with ability to translate high-level partnership vision into actionable plans

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships

  • A Data-driven approach to partnership management with experience in performance measurement and ROI analysis

  • Project management expertise with ability to coordinate across multiple teams and deliver results on time

  • Experience working with AI ecosystem partners a plus

  • Deep curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities, but can make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, where you learn and iterate quickly to find the right path to success.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment and Advertising industry

  • Experience building an application or integration with foundation models
