Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Logistics Manager – Last Mile  

How do you fit in? 

The Logistics Manager – Last Mile, will play a critical role in managing Fabletics’ domestic and international small parcel and final mile delivery, cross-border, and reverse logistics network across ecommerce and retail channels. This role will directly support the Director, Global Logistics Operations in carrier strategy, contract negotiations, service performance management, cost optimization, and cross-functional issue resolution. The ideal candidate will understand how carrier pricing, fulfillment operations, order allocation, ingestion, transit, and final mile delivery performance impact customer experience, cost, and operational execution. The Manager must be comfortable communicating with executives, carrier leadership, fulfillment centers, retail partners, finance, technology, customer service, and other business stakeholders. They must be able to translate complex logistics concepts into clear business language, anticipate questions, and provide concise, actionable updates to leadership.

This position will report to Director, Global Logistics Operations. 

What you will do: 

  • Manage Fabletics’ small parcel, final mile, cross-border, and returns carrier network across ecommerce and retail channels.

  • Support carrier contract negotiations through analysis of rates, zones, ZIP code impacts, surcharges, service levels, volume trends, and cost performance.

  • Track and report on key KPIs, including on-time delivery, exception trends, claims, returns performance, cost per package, and surcharge exposure.

  • Identify root causes of service failures, cost increases, invoice discrepancies, claims trends, cross-border delays, and returns issues.

  • Partner with Fulfillment Centers, Retail, Global Member Services, IT, Accounting, Finance, Project/Strategy, and carrier partners to resolve issues and improve performance.

  • Own performance reporting for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, business impact, and recommended actions.

  • Lead carrier meetings and quarterly business reviews, including agenda preparation, performance analysis, follow-ups, and accountability tracking.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 5+ parcel, cross-border, and returns carriers.

  • Manage claims tracking and cost recovery reporting.

  • Provide direction and oversight to the Logistics Specialist at the 3PL to support smooth execution and timely issue resolution.

  • As a Manager in the organization, you are responsible for projects or processes as a key contributor to team milestones, working with a high level of independence.   

What you can bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong verbal and written communications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, parcel operations, ecommerce fulfillment, retail distribution, or supply chain.

  • 3+ years of direct experience managing small parcel (domestics and international), final mile, cross-border, and/or returns operations.

  • Strong understanding of parcel carrier pricing, including zones, ZIP code logic, dimensional weight, accessorials, fuel, residential, delivery area, peak, and other surcharges.

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate logistics details into clear, concise business updates.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive solutions without constant direction.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights and action plans.  

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$125,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
