Job Description

OXIO is seeking a Senior Logistics & Operations Program Manager to lead and scale our U.S.-based logistics and operational execution in support of business growth. This role is critical to building strong client and vendor partnerships, designing and implementing scalable logistics processes, and driving operational efficiency across distribution, inventory, and compliance.

In this role, you will set the operational standard for U.S. market execution and serve as a model for future geographic expansion. You will own complex, cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve delivery speed, and enhance client experience.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize distribution channels supporting U.S.-based clients, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and service quality.

  • Plan and manage OXIO’s day-to-day supply and delivery operations, including long-haul and last-mile logistics across U.S. markets.

  • Serve as the operational lead for U.S. logistics programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the resolution of any incident and business escalation, including root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.

  • Ensure logistics and operational processes comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and telecom regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal and Compliance as needed.

  • Develop commercial relationships with vendors to have the best production and logistics strategies for deliveries. Continuous work with third party vendors that can support our business.

  • Ensure processes and requests for Governmental Telecom institutions are followed and performed in accordance with the regulations.

  • Work closely with account managers, clients and Ops to translating business objectives into executable operational plans

  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and operational risk.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, inventory management, or related analytical roles

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects or programs with cross-functional stakeholders

  • ·2+ years of experience in Telecom, SaaS, hardware-enabled services, or regulated industries

  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and align operational decisions with business objectives

  • Spanish bilingual a plus
