About the Role:
The Sr. Enterprise Applications Specialist will play a central role in supporting our mission: transforming access to life-changing mental health care through innovative technology and a human touch.
As a key member of our Enterprise Applications & Identity Management team, you'll own the management, governance, and optimization of our critical SaaS infrastructure, including driving seamless collaboration, secure identity management, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. With a strong security focus, you'll combine technical depth with outstanding service to keep systems reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner for Lyra’s suite of third-party SaaS applications and business tools
- Lead secure administration of user access, configurations, and upgrades across Lyra’s enterprise SaaS ecosystem
- Monitor key application metrics, performance, and availability in real time; respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot effectively, and drive quick resolution
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to all internal business units for application-related issues and IdP configurations
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders through recurring meetings to understand their needs, offer technical guidance, and guarantee applications support key business outcomes
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for SaaS vendors: guide contract/SLA reviews, build high-performing partnerships, and ensure full compliance with Lyra’s security, regulatory, and privacy standards.
- Lead proactive license tracking to ensure vendor compliance and eliminate exposure to true-ups, overages, or audit costs.
- Provide actionable, analytics-based recommendations to management and procurement to optimize renewals and avoid unnecessary true-ups.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT administration, enterprise application management, or a similar role
- Experience leading the management, optimization, and support of core enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Workday)
- Proven expertise in fostering collaboration and partnering effectively with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Strong knowledge of Okta IdP principles and configurations
- Solid understanding of security protocols and data protection best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in third-party vendor management, from strategic partnerships and SLA enforcement to risk and cost control
- Familiarity with Software Asset Management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex licensing models
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and cost optimization for software assets
- Strong proficiency in scripting/programming languages for system automation
