Title : Project Manager
Type : Full Time with Mirafra Inc
Location : San Diego, CA
Job Overview:
Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing
technology integration of a Client merger and/or acquisition into the
Hardware Engineering Compute environment. This is a senior Project Manager
role that is responsible for leading all aspects of integration for Hardware
Engineering Compute. Successful candidate must be comfortable leading an
effort of this size and magnitude, and must have sufficient expertise in
business, employee, and technical transformation to be able a credible
leader of all the various work streams that are involved. This is a highly
visible management role, and will require significant stakeholder and
steering committee management. Outline and communicate key project vision,
objectives, benefits and case for change. Ensure full alignment around
Project Charter. Manage stakeholders and lead team to deliver on expected
business benefits Manage the perception and messaging around the project,
with a focus on those that will be impacted by what the project seeks to
accomplish Maintain a focus on organizational change management Responsible
for overseeing the project budget Communications STRONG documentation skills
Able to lead team, steer them and control scope creep Effective and
Efficient Meeting Facilitator Time management Troubleshooting and problem
solving Conflict resolution Relationship building Fast learner and eager to
achieve Adds value where ever possible
Minimum Qualifications:Experience leading all aspects of a merger and/or
acquisition is mandatory 10-15 years related project management experience
BS or BA preferred, PMP preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading all aspects of a merger and/or
acquisition is mandatory Hardware Engineering background desired 10-15 years
related project management experience BS or BA preferred, MS or MBA desired.
PMP Certification Perferred Limited Travel expected may occur, levels will
vary depending on stage of project
Education:PMP Certification Preferred
